This extraordinary vehicle is part of an exclusive collection inspired by none other than Bruce Wayne, the iconic billionaire and alter ego of Batman. The collection, born from a partnership between Pininfarina and Warner Bros., is a tribute to the sophistication and mystique of Gotham's most famous resident.
Pininfarina has crafted a series of special editions based on its electric hypercar, the Battista and B95, drawing inspiration from the world of comic books. The collection features two distinct themes: Gotham and Dark Knight. Each vehicle embodies a different aspect of Bruce Wayne's dual identity, with the Gotham editions reflecting his refined, stylish persona, and the Dark Knight variants channeling the dark, brooding nature of his vigilante alter ego.
Ahead of its official debut on August 16 at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering—one of the premier events of Monterey Car Week—Pininfarina revealed the B95 Gotham. This marks the first public showing of the vehicle, following the release of computer-generated images in April when the collaboration with Warner Bros., the parent company of Batman publisher DC Comics, was first announced.
The cars in this collection are adorned with various bespoke design elements. Notably, each vehicle features a stylized "W," reminiscent of the Wayne Enterprises logo, positioned between the seats and on the side skirts and roof. This emblem also appears within the custom infotainment system, which is enhanced by a voice assistant that takes cues from Alfred Pennyworth, Bruce Wayne’s loyal butler. In a nod to die-hard fans, the famous Wayne quote, "All men have limits... I ignore mine," is engraved on a plaque inside the driver’s door.
Under the hood, the B95 Gotham retains the same formidable mechanical specifications as its Battista and B95 counterparts. Built on an advanced EV platform sourced from Rimac, the vehicle boasts a 120 kWh T-shaped battery and four independent motors, delivering a staggering 1,874 horsepower. This allows the hypercar to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in less than two seconds and reach top speeds exceeding 186 mph.
While Pininfarina has yet to disclose the exact number of Gotham and Dark Knight editions that will be produced, the B95 Gotham set to debut in Monterey is described as a "one-of-one," highlighting its exclusivity. These limited-edition vehicles are available exclusively through BruceWayneX.com, a new retail brand inspired by the fictional Wayne Enterprises and developed by Warner Bros.
Monterey Car Week, running from August 9-18 in California will also serve as the stage for Pininfarina to reveal a new coachbuilt car, adding yet another layer of excitement to this prestigious event.
