The results of M's parts catalogue, which include a number of accessories for the 454 horsepower, straight-six powered performance car, were initially revealed in October. It is claimed that each of these "striking" add-on components, made of carbon-fibre reinforced plastic, has a "positive effect on its aerodynamic qualities."
A front splitter, new side skirts, a rear diffuser, and a sizable carbon rear spoiler are present. There is also a titanium exhaust option, which is believed to reduce the normal M2's exhaust weight by 8 kg. There are amusingly a set of M Performance knee pads inside to help with "sporty, ambitious driving," along with distinctive interior décor.
There will also be M Performance Parts versions of the M3 Touring, M240i, i4 M50, and M135i on display at BMW's Essen booth.
