It is provided by delta4x4, a Bavarian business that is rather big on the whole "going off-road" thing.
But there is no denying the firm belief delta4x4 is the type of business that converts brand-new G-Classes into authentic Gelandewagens.
It was more about creating potential for the Multivan, which is admittedly not much of a rock-hopper even at its finest; "specially tailored" shocks and struts (from Bilstein and Eibach, respectively) raise the ride height by 40mm and widen the stance for increased stability. The Loder AT#1 tyres*, mounted on 18-inch wheels, which appear to bridge the gap between an all-terrain tyre and a mud tyre, are also responsible for the added width.
If necessary, you can add a roof rack, spot lights, and wheel arch extensions, but the fundamental changes have already been made.
That works out to roughly €7,200 (£6,400) overall, or €1,400 for the lift, €3,900 for the wheels and tyres, and €1,900 for the arch extensions.
