Bentley Bentayga S Black Edition: A New Standard of Luxury SUV Excellence

On Tuesday, Bentley unveiled a new exclusive variant for the Bentayga SUV. This option incorporates various black accents into both the exterior and interior, notably featuring the iconic winged B badge in black, a departure from its traditional white wings.

Introducing the Black Edition, a fittingly named option now available for both the Bentayga S and Bentayga S Hybrid models. The Bentayga S boasts a robust twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 engine, delivering an impressive 542 horsepower. With this power under the hood, it achieves a swift 0-60 mph acceleration in just 4.4 seconds and reaches a top speed of 180 mph. Meanwhile, the S Hybrid pairs a turbocharged 3.0-liter V-6 engine with an electric motor, producing a combined 456 horsepower. This configuration enables acceleration from 0 to 60 mph in 5.3 seconds, with a top speed of 158 mph.

The Black Edition elevates the exterior aesthetics with a sleek satin black finish, complemented by gloss black accents in areas typically adorned with chrome. Notably, the badges, including the iconic winged B logo, receive a striking black treatment, though the signature white B remains intact. To further enhance the visual allure, designers have introduced a dark finish for the light surrounds, adding to the allure of this exclusive variant.

While the Black Edition predominantly embraces a black aesthetic, it also features vibrant accent colors both inside and out. Buyers can select from seven striking accent options: Mandarin, Signal Yellow, Klein Blue, Pillar Box Red, Ice, Hyper Green, and Beluga.

As of now, the availability of the Black Edition treatment in the U.S. has not been disclosed.
