There will only be eight made, and in case you forget which zodiac year it corresponds to, commemorative dragon emblems will be positioned all around the Range Rover. Additional changes include hand-drawn patterns for the veneers and multicoloured stitching throughout the chairs.
The gear selector features dragon talons, and the new logo across the central console appears to be a picture of one of Daenerys Targaryen's dragons after she discovered they are not her legitimate offspring. The updated cabin is finished with lighted tread plates on the door sills and a matching number plaque.
The new 24 inch Vortex alloys are the most noticeable of two noticeable exterior changes. Indeed, those roosters on the centre caps are what you see. The second is the thin body extensions that run along the side skirts, front bumper, and rear bumper. A small number of inserts with black accents have also been introduced.
"Our ability to discuss details of the design directly with our clients, and really understand their true significance, was hugely important," stated Kevin Sloane, the CEO and chairman of Overfinch. We wanted to honour 2024 as the Year of the Dragon while continuing to remain true to our commitment to unrestricted creative inquiry. This meant that we had to thoughtfully and creatively include a classic emblem of China and Chinese culture into our design.
Although it's unclear if any allocation spaces are still available, Overfinch claims that this project has been in the works for a year. We do know that each allocation slot has been priced at an astounding £199k. Yes, it's pricey.
